I'm sure we all know about the value of gifted programs for kids who are understimulated at school, but what about when they grow up and are understimulated at work?

Successful entrepreneurs find something they'd like to do that will generate some revenue, and do it. They often turn over their new business units to non-entrepreneurs once the chick has hatched.
