Reading posts, I can't help wondering... why are people here?
If you're intj, I suspect you're here because you find it interesting that other minds work in exactly the same perverse manner as your own. You feel compelled to analyze it and understand it and see if you can find a way to apply that knowledge. Am I correct?
If you're not an nt personality type, then I would surmise you are here for relationship advice. This, to me, seems rather strange since I have come to a couple conclusions in my brief visit here. a) only another intj can understand an intj (despite the fact that theoretically all it takes is some basic logic to deduce their thought processes b) non-intj's are reluctant to follow any of the solutions we might propose to their relationship dilemas and c) I'm not certain there is any real correlation between personality type and relational compatibility (that is, I think other factors are dominate in determining the success of a relationship).
As for me, my C++ project has grown so large that it now takes over an hour to compile, I've already read a significant portion of wikipedia waiting for it compile (that "Random selection" button is a god send... it has me salivating like one of Pavlov's dogs) and I find myself looking for some more gratuitous information to digest. Someone in another thread suggested a book on Chaos Theory (I think) and actually that sound rather interesting since I did enjoy the course on random variables and stochastic processes back in college. But, this strikes me as a more interesting real-world experiment in stochastic processes since one can apply an input and potentially see some bit of coherence rise from the white noise of the internet.
