Your strongest letter(s)?

Do some of your letters seem to "fit" more than others?
Does degree of "fit" correlate with your numeric scores?

Without looking up my own exact scores, I remember:

I: I'm strongly I
N: very strongly N
T: mildly T
J: mildly J

My T(F) and J(P) are practically on the cusps. And yet, the INTJ descriptions fit me the best, by far. (And *S* personalities are the most challenging to me.)

I'm practically maxed on the I and T scales, and clear but not maxed on the N and J scales. There's no question about the INTJ profile fitting me best.

P's are the most challenging to me.

oh yeah...and "S" tyes drive me up the wall, you really have to bang ideas into their head for them to follow along...dated one for a while, communication was difficult to say the least

I'm near the middle on I, N, and T scales, and slightly more than a little J. S's get annoying when they get into little kid mode and keep going "why?" "why?" etc. but the ones that really make me go batty as a group are the F/Ps. INFP, ISFP, ENFP, ESFP <---- this last one is the worst!!!!

They are the types that ask for my opinion on something. I take the time to give it to them. They treat it seriously at that moment. I turn around and they are asking everyone in the universe their opinions on the same issues. Then, when something blows up in their faces, they look at you dumbly and go "Nobody ever sat me down and taught me about that!" or "Who knew?" or "I thought I could handle it, but I can't, oh my god, my world is just falling apart!"

I gave up taking prisoners and handing out fashion tickets years ago, but I still have to deal with some of them in business.

Anybody know how to work around them, any tips anyone?

Someone once mentioned that "FP" stands for "flaky people". My son and ex husband are both FPs, so it's a real challenge. My son genuinely tries to be reliable/responsible...whatever it is. I actually think him being an ESFP is an advantage because he has a very strong desire to care for people, so I find that if I couch things in terms of how being irresponsible can make a person feel, he sits up and takes notice.

My ex, on the other hand, is a pain to deal with. I've been told he's a similar type to my son but may not be exactly the same. The only way I can deal with him is to lay down the law and put my foot down when he doesn't cooperate.

I actually have a much worse time with SJs than FPs. I don't take well to their desire for conformity and every stupid little thing. I guess this is one way I get along with my son...while I realize a little conformity is good, it's not always the most desirable thing.

I'm fairly strongly N, T, and J, but am more balanced on the I and E. This latter depends a lot on my surroundings -- in certain settings I am very I and other settings can be fairly E.

Almost balanced on I/E and J/P.

    Very T.

I am off-the-charts N. I have been noticing in my life lately that I am different from most of the people around in me, in terms of how "N" and un-"S" I am. I don't get something, and I don't get it, and don't get it, and everyone around me is getting it by piecing together the details, and then all of a sudden I get the underlying pattern as a wholistic pattern. Then, I get much more deeply than those people who were getting it before. Some of my friends sometimes call me "psychic", but I know that I am just really, really "N".

I am almost perfectly balanced I vs. E - and Method acting training in my teens means I can decide how I want to present in any given setting, and make it look natural/unforced.

The other traits are stronger, with the T and J being about as strong as one can get, and the N being about mid-range.
